CONDITIONS

Below are the terms and conditions for reserving and purchasing the artwork “The Million Picture”, hereinafter referred to as “the artwork”.

​

• You may request further information and details via email at themillionpicture@gmail.com or through our social media channels.

​

• As of the date of publication of the artwork (//****), the initial price will be set at 1,000,000 USD.

​

• For the first 5 calendar days, the price will remain at 1,000,000 USD. Starting from the 6th day after publication, the price will increase daily by a fixed amount. Specifically, the price will increase by 250,000 USD per day until it reaches a maximum of 5,000,000 USD. From that point on, it will increase by 500,000 USD per day until reaching 15,000,000 USD, after which the daily increase will be 1,000,000 USD.

• There is no maximum purchase price established, so the price will increase indefinitely as long as the artwork remains unsold.

​

• To reserve the artwork, you have two options: through the reservation form available in the "Reservation Request" section or by contacting us via social media. In the latter case, you will be asked to provide the necessary information in order to receive full details.

​

• Once the request has been received, a deposit of USD 200,000 will be required to confirm the reservation. Once the deposit has been verified, the corresponding additional information will be sent to you. The reservation period is 30 calendar days from the date the deposit is received.

​

• The deposit must be made via bank transfer or another method previously agreed upon by both parties.

​

• Within the 30-day period, the artwork must be transferred to the buyer, and the buyer must pay the remaining balance.

​

• The handover of the artwork will take place in person in Spain, although an alternative arrangement may be made in exceptional cases.

​

• The handover of the artwork will only be completed once the full payment has been received.

​

• In principle, the artwork will be handed over in person before a notary, who will oversee the entire process.

​

• Notary fees and other costs related to the in-person delivery process will be covered by the author.

​

• If the buyer fails to appear within the 30-day period or the full payment is not completed, the reservation will be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

​

• In the event of receiving multiple simultaneous reservation requests, priority will be given to the first verified bank transfer received.

​

• The artwork will be delivered with its corresponding certificate of authenticity, signed by the author.

​

• The author shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or deterioration to the artwork after the delivery and full payment have been completed.

​

• Copyright and intellectual property rights: The purchase of “The Million Picture” does not imply the transfer of copyright or intellectual property rights. The buyer acquires only the physical artwork. All rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication, and transformation remain the exclusive property of the author. Any commercial use, reproduction, dissemination, or exploitation of the artwork, in whole or in part, in any physical or digital format (including but not limited to prints, derivative products, promotional material, NFTs, or virtual environments) requires prior written authorization from the author.

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any personal or financial information exchanged during the reservation and purchase process, unless legally or notarially required to disclose such information.
